This document is available in English and Bahasa Indonesia. If the two versions differ, the English version applies.
1. What this policy covers
We respect intellectual property and expect users to do the same. This page explains how to report content on OnlineJobs Indonesia that infringes your copyright or other IP rights, and what we do with reports. It follows the notice-and-takedown procedure of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we apply the same process to reports from any country.
2. Where to send a notice
Designated agent: [DPO_NAME] [LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME] [LEGAL_ADDRESS] Email: [DMCA_AGENT_EMAIL]
3. What a complete notice contains
Under 17 U.S.C. §512(c)(3), your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
- Identification of the infringing material and where it is on our site (a URL is best).
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for them.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may be ignored. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
4. What we do
When we receive a complete notice we remove or disable access to the material promptly, notify the user who posted it, and give them a copy of the notice.
5. Counter-notice
If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent containing: identification of the removed material and where it appeared, your contact details, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief that the removal was a mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, to the jurisdiction of the courts of [GOVERNING_LAW_STATE]), and your signature. If the original complainant does not file a court action within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the material.
6. Repeat infringers
We terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe, in appropriate circumstances.
