Refund Policy

1. The first-month guarantee

If the platform does not work for you in your first month, we refund you. In concrete terms: if you ask within 30 days of your first subscription payment, we refund that payment in full. No forms to argue through, one email is enough.

The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first payment only.

2. How to request a refund

Email [LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL] from the address on your account, with the subject "Refund". We confirm within 3 business days and refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the money arrives within 5 to 10 business days.

3. Renewals and cancellation

  • Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Renewal payments are not refundable, except where the law of your country gives you a mandatory right to a refund. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid a charge you do not want.

4. When we do not refund

  • Payments older than 30 days (outside the guarantee).
  • Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service or the Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Charges disputed as fraud with your bank while the same charge is under refund review with us. Contact us first; it is faster.

5. Workers

Workers never pay anything on OnlineJobs Indonesia, so there is nothing to refund. If anyone charges you money for access to jobs on this platform, it is a scam: report it to [LEGAL_CONTACT_EMAIL].

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that consumer law in your country gives you and that cannot be waived.
